Planning your first visit
Scheduling is easiest by phone. Call (978) 376-8190 during office hours and we will find a time that works for you. Early morning and evening appointments are available Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and Monday visits are by appointment.
You do not need a doctor’s referral. Massachusetts is a direct-access state, so you can book directly with Dr. Chiungos. If your insurance plan has its own referral rules, we are happy to help you check.
Your first appointment takes about an hour. It includes a conversation about your health history, a careful exam, and a care plan built for your situation. If you have them, bring any X-rays or MRI reports, supports you use such as a back brace or orthotics, a list of current medications, and your insurance card. Insurance and payment
We bill BlueCross BlueShield of MA, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Tufts Health Plan, UniCare/GIC and Medicare. We also accept cash, check, credit and debit cards, HSA and FSA cards, and CareCredit.
